Marcia presents homeowners Mary and Alex with the prayer shawl and explains our prayer shawl ministry to them and how each stitch is prayed over by the person making the shawl. She also presented them with Home Depot and Target gift cards donated by our congregation and friends of our church. Alex has written and read a poem called "Gratitude" which he will rewrite and send later, but everyone was in tears by the end of his reading.
